Friday, August 22

4:00pm – Rehearsal (Bridal Party Only)
5:45pm – Rehearsal Dinner (Bridal Party Only)
8:00pm – Kaitlin and Travis will be heading to the bar at the Westlake Hyatt. If you’re in town, we’d love for you to come join us so we can have a cocktail (or two) with you all before our big day!

Saturday, August 23rd

3:30pm – Shuttles start arriving at Westlake Hyatt to transport guests to wedding
5:00pm – Wedding begins at Hartley Botanica
11:00pm – Last shuttles leave from Hartley Botanica to transport guests back to the Hyatt
11:30pm – Not done? All the party animals can head to Cisco’s Mexican Restaurant (925 S Westlake Blvd) across the street from the Hyatt for some late night cocktails. Its bar will be open until 2:00am the night of the wedding.

Bus Schedule To and From the Wedding

Saturday August 23rd:
3:30p – First 2 shuttles arrive at Hyatt Westlake- LEAVING NO LATER than 3:40 to shuttle guests to the wedding site
4:15p – Shuttles arrive back at Hyatt Westlake to pick up more guests for shuttle to the wedding site – LEAVING NO LATER THAN 4:25
10:15p – First 2 shuttles leave from Hartley Botanica to shuttle guests back to Westlake Hyatt
11:00p – Last 2 shuttles leave from Hartley Botanica to shuttle guests back to Westlake Hyatt

For those with little ones (and those who need to leave early) buses will be staying at the venue the entire night, should you need a ride back to the Hyatt earlier in the evening. Buses will only be shuttling to and from the Westlake Hyatt and Hartley Botanica.
