When should I RSVP?We will be sending out formal invitations in late June. Once you receive your invitation, kindly respond on or before July 23rd. Please remember to include how many in your party will be attending, so we will have an accurate headcount.
What time does the wedding start?The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm.
What should I wear?The wedding is semi-formal, and entirely outdoors. Guys are great in a simple suit. Girls are great in maxi dresses or fun, flirty dresses. Just make sure you won’t be too warm in mid-70 to mid-80 degree weather, and prepare for it to cool down into the mid-50s to mid-60s later in the evening.
Where should I stay?There are a number of great hotels in the area. We highly recommend the Westlake Hyatt as that will be where we’re staying. This is also the hotel that we’ve booked a block of rooms with a group rate, and we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding at this location. How do I get to the venue?For directions to the ceremony and reception please visit our venue & directions page. Valet parking will be on-site at the venue.
Is transportation provided between reception and hotels?You may utilize our arranged transportation to and from the venue, picking up and dropping off at the Westlake Hyatt. Feel free to take advantage of this transportation regardless of where you are staying, but you will need to find your own transportation to and from the Westlake Hyatt. We will be updating the transportation page with detailed shuttle pick up and drop off times. Please check this page before the wedding day.
